Dear FPD 2009-2010 Senior<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Andrew Brooks Photography, LLC has been contracted to take your Yearbook Portraits. <\/span>Please contact at 478-744-0990 to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. <\/span><\/p>\n Enclosed with this letter is the studio\u2019s senior price list. <\/span>We are also listing below some frequently asked questions that might help answer some of your questions. <\/span>Of course, if we have left anything out, please do not hesitate to call us at 478-744-0990.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n How much will it cost me to have my Senior Portraits taken?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Our in-studio FPD<\/span> senior session is $35.00. <\/span>This session is 45 minutes in length and allows you to have your photograph taken in three different outfits. You will have somewhere between 24-30 proofs from this session.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n If you would like to have your portraits taken at a different location besides the studio, session fee is $75 plus a minimum purchase order of $300 (payable when proofs are delivered). <\/span>You will have somewhere between 30-36 proofs from this session. Restrictions do apply so ask for more details when confirming your appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n However, if you would only like to have your yearbook casual and formal portraits made, AND YOU NOTIFY US 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, the session fee is only $15 with about 6 proofs to choose from. <\/span>You will simply choose one casual location and then we will take the formal portrait. <\/span>No changes of clothes allowed. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n What time do I need to arrive for my appointment?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get here – you won\u2019t want to be rushed. <\/span>Plan on arriving about 15 minutes before your scheduled session time so you can get your outfits and props unloaded and situated in the dressing room.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n We have the utmost respect for your time, and will do our best to start and end on schedule. <\/span>If you are late, we cannot run your session into the next appointment\u2019s time – it will only result in less time spent creating your photographs. <\/span>If for any reason you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please call to reschedule your session (a $15 reschedule fee will apply.) <\/span>We appreciate your cooperation and consideration.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n How many backgrounds do you have and do you take portraits outdoors?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Our studio has four indoor shooting rooms with a multitude of shooting areas. <\/span>We do take portraits in the front of the studio as well as in the back of the studio, weather permitting. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n What sort of clothes should I bring?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Outdoor portraits should be casual, and so should your outfits. <\/span>Bring jeans, khakis, shorts, tanks, and tees. <\/span>The best colors for outdoors are blues and earth tones (olive, green, tan, brown, etc.). <\/span>Whites do not work well outdoors. <\/span>Also sleeves work a lot better than sleeveless.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n What items besides clothes should I bring with me?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n We encourage you to bring items that interest you. <\/span>If you play sports, bring something related to the sport, i.e. football, etc. <\/span>If you like music, bring your instrument. <\/span>You might possibly even be allowed to bring your pet – just call us and we’ll discuss the details. <\/span>Also, feel free to bring your favorite music to listen to while your portraits are being taken.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n What about my hair \/ makeup \/ glasses \/ braces? <\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Hair<\/span><\/span> – Schedule a haircut no sooner than five days before your session, to give it a chance to fill in a bit. And don\u2019t try a radically different haircut or style – your hair should be the way your friends and family are used to seeing it.<\/span><\/p>\n Makeup<\/span><\/span> – Girls, apply makeup as if you were going out for the evening. <\/span>Too little and you\u2019ll look pale and washed out; too much makes you look painted. Pay special attention to your eyes; that\u2019s what everyone will see first in your portraits.<\/span><\/p>\n Glasses<\/span><\/span> – if you wear glasses most of the time you\u2019ll want to wear them in your portraits. <\/span>To eliminate distracting glare and reflections, call your optician and arrange to either borrow a pair of empty frames like yours or have the lenses removed from your own frames. <\/span>Most opticians will gladly do this for free if you give them a few day\u2019s notice. <\/span>This is the most important way to improve your portraits if you wear glasses. <\/span>If you choose to wear your glasses the way they are, keep in mind that removing any glass glare from your photographs is done at your expense.<\/span><\/p>\n Braces<\/span><\/span> – If you wear braces, they\u2019re as much a part of you right now as your hairstyle or the clothes you wear. <\/span>Don\u2019t be self-conscious about smiling! <\/span><\/em>If you don\u2019t like your braces in your portraits, they can be removed digitally (braces removal is $25.)<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n How will I be notified when my proofs are ready and can I take them home?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Once your Proofs are ready, we will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment for you to either view your proofs at the studio or take the proofs home. <\/span>Note there is a $200 non-refundable checkout fee to take the proofs out of the studio for 10 <\/span>days. <\/span>The checkout fee will be applied to your order.<\/span> <\/span>Your Proofs cannot leave the studio without your checkout fee.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n How do I pay for my order?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash. <\/span>All orders must be paid in full<\/span> when the order is placed<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n How long after I place my order will my portraits be ready?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for us to complete your order. <\/span>We will call you when the order is ready for pickup.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n We look forward to meeting you and helping you get the portraits of a lifetime.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Andrew Brooks Photography, LLC Email:<\/span> seniors@abphotos.com<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n www.abphotos.com<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Dear FPD 2009-2010 Senior Andrew Brooks Photography, LLC has been contracted to take your Yearbook Portraits.
